Durante un dispositivo de seguridad implantado por oficiales del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (Cpbez), adscritos al Centro de Coordinación Policial Guajira, resultó detenido Ender Alexander Montiel Bencomo, de 39 años, por conducir una moto requerida por robo.
El procedimiento se registró en la avenida Libertador del Moján, parroquia San Rafael, municipio Mara, donde los uniformados avistaron a Montiel Bencomo a bordo de una motocicleta marca MD Águila negra, placas AC8Z17V, en actitud sospechosa, por lo que procedieron a detenerlo para realizarles una inspección de rutina.
Al verificar sus documentos a través del Sistema de Información e Investigación Policial (Siipol) arrojó que el vehículo presentaba solicitud ante la Policía científica, oficina municipal Maracaibo, por el delito de robo desde el 30 de julio del 2012.
El detenido y la moto retenida fueron llevados bajo custodia a la sede policial a disposición de la fiscalía 18° del Ministerio Público.
