El Consejo Nacional Electoral entregó este miércoles las credenciales a Rafael Ramírez Colina que lo acredita como el nuevo alcalde de Maracaibo.
En compañía de su esposa, Vanessa Linares, y los concejales electos por la Unidad, el nuevo jefe del ayuntamiento marabino recibió la documentación oficial. Ramírez Colina fue electo por los ciudadanos el pasado 21 de noviembre con el 51.47 por ciento de los votos.
