Maracaibo registró un balance de un 50 por ciento de ausentismo escolar en la primera semana de clases enteramente presencial, según informó Gualberto Más y Rubí, Sindicato Unitario del Magisterio (Suma) Zulia, quien explicó que en otros municipios del estado Zulia la asistencia de estudiantes no superó el 30 por ciento.
En entrevista con Foco Informativo, Más y Rubí aseguró que este fenómeno ocurrió porque las condiciones para el regreso a clases no están dadas por diversos factores entre los que destacó el problema eléctrico y la falta de un cronograma para el racionamiento energético en la región.
“Si no llega la electricidad a una hora determinada el estudiante no va a asistir, el docente va a asistir y aquellos que asistan por supuesto no pueden tener y no tienen el mismo rendimiento. Nadie puede aprender con un trasnocho en un país, estado o ciudad, donde los planteles escolares, en un 90 por ciento, no están aptos para recibir a un muchacho 7.00 de la mañana a 1.00 de la tarde”, justificó.
El también secretario general de Fetramagisterio sumó la situación del servicio eléctrico con el problema del agua que no deja funcionar de manera óptima las salas sanitarias y alumnos hacen sus necesidades afuera de la escuela o liceo.
“A nivel del trabajo para obreros, empleados y docentes no se cumplen con la normativa laboral de las condiciones de bioseguridad”, indicó líder magisterial.
Más y Rubí añadió que en medio de todo este contexto apenas inicia la recuperación de un salario que, para los docentes, el patrono aún les adeuda algunos compromisos laborales.
“La oficina nacional de presupuesto que conculcó avances significativos en el área de prima salariales que fueron prácticamente arrasadas”, señaló.
El gremialista advirtió que el ausentismo escolar continuará si no hay una inversión significativa en programas como el de alimentación escolar.
“Esa matrícula escolar debe mejorar una vez que estén dadas las condiciones en lo relativo a al programa de alimentación escolar y a mejores servicios públicos. (…) Se debe atacar el problema de infraestructura escolar, la dotación de los planteles y terminar de ubicar a los docentes cercanos a su casa con un mejor salario que, reitero, se mejoró el salario, pero todavía sigue siendo insuficiente”, aseguró.
Ejecutivo nacional ordenó que el regresó a las clases 100 por ciento presenciales iniciara el pasado lunes 28 de marzo, momento en el que, según indicó Más y Rubí, cierra el segundo el segundo lapso.
“Entramos después de Semana Mayor al último tramo y es cuando vamos a evidenciar cómo seá el cierre de este proceso que se llama el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje”, puntualizó el docente.
