El fiscal general, Tarek William Saab ordenó la captura de un policía de La Guaira por abuso de autoridad.
La aprehensión fue solicitada por la fiscalía 9 del Ministerio Público para Virgilio Pelequia, jefe del Centro de Coordinación Policial Este de La Guaira.
Asimismo, el fiscal general publicó la información este sábado luego de hacerse público un video donde el policía de La Guaira se lleva detenido a Franklin Iriarte, quien es el creador de la Barbería Móvil, que funciona en varios puntos de la entidad.
Por su parte, Pelequia señaló que Iriarte le faltó el respeto y que no tenía permiso para estacionarse en el sitio donde se encontraba.
Asimismo, indicó que por esa razón lo detuvo.
En este sentido, se destaca que el emprendedor cuenta con una licencia de actividad económica.
De igual forma cuenta con un permiso para movilizarse por todo el estado, otorgada por el alcalde José Manuel Suárez.
