La alegría se desbordaba en cada rincón. La gente salió de sus casas a recibirlos con abrazos y el compromiso de frenar la destrucción del estado el próximo 21 de noviembre.
Los candidatos recorrieron los sectores Jaime Lusinchi, La Rosita, Guanipa Matos, Armando Reverón, Cecilia Cuello, Alma Bolivariana, Guaicaipuro, La Estrella y El Marite, entre otros, acompañados de una multitud que más que plantearle sus problemas, depositaron en ellos sus esperanzas.
«La gente está decida a cambiar, a detener la destrucción del Zulia, además están decididos a entubar el voto. (…) El río de gente que hemos encontrado por cada rincón del estado es la señal clara de que la decisión del cambio no la detiene nadie», aseguró Rosales entre aplausos y consignas.
El próximo gobernador del Zulia adelantó que está preparando junto a expertos lo que será el inicio del cambio a partir del 21 de noviembre.
«Éste será un día histórico para el Zulia. Será de participación masiva. Nadie debe quedarse en su casa porque es un compromiso que tenemos con la historia y con el futuro del estado», precisó.
Por su parte, el próximo alcalde de Maracaibo, Rafael Ramírez, aseguró que los defensores del voto están listos para garantizar que se respete la decisión de cada zuliano en los 21 municipios de la región.
«Lo que dicen las encuestas es lo que estamos viviendo en la calle. Es el sentimiento de la gente, las ganas de cambiar, el deseo de que las cosas mejoren y vuelva la esperanza. A medida que se acerca el proceso electoral del próximo 21 de noviembre la gente se anima mucho más», finalizó entre abrazos Rafael Ramírez.
