Así lo explic,ó a través de una nota de prensa, el comisionado jefe Sergio Villasmil Rondón, director del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (Cpbez), quien añadió que el hombre presentó heridas superficiales en el brazo y otra abierta en la pierna derecha cuando intentaba defenderse de la agresión.
El jefe policial detalló que funcionarios del Cpbez procedieron a su captura luego que la víctima acudiera al centro de coordinación policial Sur del Lago Oeste para denunciar, junto a sus dos hijos, lo sucedido en medio de un “un nuevo ataque de ira”.
Los patrulleros fueron a la dirección antes señalas y colocaron a Fernández de Miranda bajo custodia. Hoy jueves 24 de marzo permanece en la sede policial a disposición de la fiscalía 16° del Ministerio Público.
