Este lunes, el fiscal general de la República, Tarek William Saab, informó que investigarán al “periodista” Orlando Avendaño, por presuntamente estar instigación al odio, y se designó a la Fiscalía 19 Nacional, así lo indicó este lunes en declaraciones a la prensa.
El alto funcionario explicó que el pasado 5 de marzo Avendaño publicó el siguiente mensaje: «Lo que María Corina está construyendo trasciende lo electoral. El ánimo, en torno a ella, es insurreccional. Así debe encausarse para que haya elecciones libres, no toca pedirlas ni buscarlas, sino imponerlas. Para ello, la organización, que se justifica con lo electoral», reseñó El Universal.
Por lo que el fiscal señaló que eso implica «guerra, subvertir el orden, es el plan insurreccional, ellos mismos se develan», y en otro mensaje «despotrica e insulta a las autoridades del Estado», por este motivo se investiga a «este sujeto a quien se busca por el delito de incitación al odio».
Destacó, por otro lado, que Avendaño aparece al lado del expresidente de Colombia, Álvaro Uribe, al respecto, señaló: «increíble, así se buscan ellos y se juntan. Hay que tener la sangre tóxica para estar con Uribe, porque hay muchos venezolanos que están medio locos, que van a donde Uribe para hacerse una foto con él, como si fuese un trofeo. Eso es, por la manera en que se presentan las cosas, el indicio de que traman algo feo».
