Un grupo de abogados, familiares, concejales, diputados del CLEZ y dirigentes de Primero Justicia San Francisco, acudieron este martes a la sede del Ministerio Público para exigir justicia por el asesinato de Antonio Tovar durante las elecciones regionales del pasado 21 de noviembre.
Entre los asistentes estuvieron el abogado Juan Montiel, coordinador municipal de Primero Justicia, Luis Araujo concejal, Andrés Gómez, Maydelmis Morales, Diego Moncada, Armando Herrera y otros directivos municipales, así como también Ricardo Useche, diputado del CLEZ.
El abogado Juan Montiel acudió al Ministerio Público para exigir celeridad en las investigaciones y dar con los implicados en este “asesinato político”.
“No puede haber impunidad, este grupo de asesinos hostigó todo el día a los Electores en varios centros, rompió cédulas y dispararon”.
Violación de Derechos Humanos
Este grupo de personas acudió al MP acompañados de integrantes de la Comisión de Derechos Humanos del Colegio de Abogados del Zulia, para seguir exigiendo se haga justicia.
Los abogados asesoran a los familiares en los pasos que deben dar para llevar adelante las denuncias y lograr que se haga justicia para el asesinado y heridos.
Recordemos que en el hecho fue asesinado Antonio Tovar y Resultaron heridos Sonia Urdaneta y Harold Montero.
De acuerdo a las investigaciones, entre los gatilleros están escoltas del exalcalde Dirwin Arrieta, un diputado de la AN y otros funcionarios pertenecientes a la Policía Municipal de San Francisco. Los presentes en el MP aseguraron que los implicados son todos funcionarios e integrantes del Psuv.
“La justicia no puede permitir que por ser del partido de gobierno personas armadas intenten impedir que la gente vote”.
