Un tribunal dictó libertad condicional con régimen de presentación cada 30 días y prohibición de salida del al escritor venezolano Rafael Rattia, según informó Provea.
La medida se ejecutó durante la presentación de Rattia ante tribunales la tarde del sábado, luego de su detención arbitraria y allanamiento a su vivienda este jueves en Maturín, estado Monagas, por escribir un artículo de opinión titulado «El maestro millonario», referido a Aristóbulo Isturiz en la sección de Opinión de El Nacional.
«Lo dejaron bajo custodia y confiscaron su computadora portátil. Exigimos su liberación inmediata», denunció al momento de su detención Mario G. Massone, embajador de Venezuela en Rumania designado por Juan Guaidó.
La ONG venezolana exigió la libertad absoluta del escritor y resaltó que la libertad de expresión no es un delito.
«Exigimos libertad plena para Rafael, la libertad de expresión no es un delito», escribió en Twitter.
