«Luego de diligencias instruidas por el Ministerio Público a cargo de la Fiscalía 16 de Sta Barbara ( Zulia ) fue #detenida hoy Efigenia Rivas quien lesiona constantemente a su madre en silla de ruedas Blanca Olanda Contreras de Rivas de 93 años», escribió Saab.
