Funcionarios de la Policía científica, adscritos a la Delegación Municipal San Francisco, Brigada Contra fraude y Estafa, lograron desmantelar una organización delictiva dedicada a falsificar constancias con resultados negativos de pruebas diagnósticas de la COVID- (PCR), además de certificados internacionales, de manipulación de alimentos, sanitarios, de salud; así como declaración andina de salud, permisos sanitarios de importación, establecimientos y y vehículos, entre otros.
Así lo informó el jefe occidental del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas Penales y Criminalísticas (CICPC), Jose Castellanos, durante una rueda de prensa ofrecida este jueves en compañía del jefe del CICPC-Zulia Luis Brito.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como: Carlos Alberto Rangel Ramírez (51), Jóse Luis Rangel Ramírez (41), y Miguel Ángel Jimenez Laguna (52). Las autoridades siguen tras la búsqueda de alias el «Bonain».
El comisario Castellanos precisó que las detenciones se practicaron tras un despliegue policial en la urbanización La Rotaria, y el sector Las Tarabas, de Maracaibo, donde se incautaron sellos húmedos de diferentes áreas de servicios médicos, fotos tipo carnet de diferentes personas naturales y que laboran en una empresa, evaluaciones médicas, un teléfono celular marca Nokia, color negro, formatos en PDF con las planillas de los certificados, un monitor marca Roc, una mini laptop marca Canaima y una impresora marca Epson, quedando las mismas en resguardo.
El caso quedó a la orden del Ministerio Público.
