Chacón, quien es el abanderado para llegar al Concejo Municipal de Maracaibo en representación de las parroquias Cristo de Aranza, Cecilio Acosta, Luis Hurtado Higuera y Manuel Dagnino, expresó que el simulacro permitirá “corregir lo que haya que corregir para que el 21 de noviembre se respete la voluntad de todos los venezolanos”.
Señaló que observó «civismo, lucha y constancia por recuperar la democracia que hoy es la meta del pueblo venezolano».
Para culminar expresó que el proceso es rápido y que cualquiera pudo participar con solo mostrar su cédula de identidad.
