El grupo musical conformado por Edward Ramírez, Héctor Molina, Jorge Glem y Rodner Padilla, C4 Trío, una de las propuestas musicales más innovadoras y originales de Venezuela y el mundo, reunió en el Teatro Baralt la noche de este sábado a una sala de fanáticos de su música.
Desde las 7.00 de la noche el público asistió al amado Teatro Baralt a disfrutar de C4Trío, quienes están pronto a cumplir 18 años de vivencias musicales, proyectando al cuatro como el instrumento nacional mejor interpretado por cada uno de ellos.
Con seis producciones y un DVD conmemorativo a sus 10 años, la agrupación ganadora de tres premios Grammy interpretó varias de sus mejores temas y también, invitó a Simón “Toto” Ruiz, quien con su alegría característica logró que el público de emocionara y cantara con él, sus mejores canciones. La noche comenzó con la animación de Andreína Socorro quien agradeció a todos los patrocinantes y amigos de la Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cáncer (Fundanica) que permitieron la realización de este concierto a beneficio de todos los niños que la conforman y requieren de tratamientos costosos y medicinas para su sanación.
Luego el joven músico Pablo César (@pablocmusica) se presentó para abrir el evento con dos canciones, una de ellas, composición propia de su vida como inmigrante y dedicada a su madre. El músico recibió el aplauso y gusto del público.
A continuación, el cuarteto más esperado de la noche deleitó y dejó a más de uno, impresionados de su capacidad para interpretar el instrumento nacional.
El concierto llamado Back to 4 es por su nueva producción, es el regreso a sus inicios, a su sonido inicial, a solo ellos cuatro. El álbum completo estará disponible en mayo de 2022. Back to 4 es un álbum hecho en co-produción con el productor norteamericano Michael League y saldrá bajo el sello Ground Up Music.
C4 Trío mantiene desde su fundación una intensa agenda de conciertos en los escenarios más importantes de América y Europa mostrando siempre la versatilidad y universalidad del cuatro venezolano y anoche su público marabino, lo constató.
