Nerio Enrique Primera Peña, de 39 años, fue capturado por patrulleros del Centro de Coordinación Policial Maracaibo Sur, del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (CPBEZ), denunciado por robo a mano armada, en un procedimiento efectuado en las inmediaciones del Hospital General del Sur, parroquia Cristo de Aranza de Maracaibo.

Según los denunciante, Primera sometía a sus objetivos con un cuchillo y las despojaba de sus pertenencias. Su última fechoría la realizó en el sector El Potente de Haticos, donde ingresó al patio de una vivienda sometiendo a la única residente de la casa bajo amenazas de muerte, para llevarse un tanque de doscientos litros.

El delincuente quedó bajo arresto en la sede local de la policía a disposición de la fiscalía 8° del Ministerio Público.
