Como Jean Carlos Gutiérrez (22), alias «Yeison», y Jeifer Fernando Caridad Alpuria (19), conocido como «Guasón», quedaron identificados los homicidas de la ciclista Stephanie Chiquinquirá Hernández Oduber (25), crimen ocurrido la madrugada del sábado 31 de julio en la avenida Guajira, de Maracaibo.
Los delincuentes fueron detenidos la madrugada del 1 de agosto en los barrios Virgen del Carmen y Motocross, de la parroquia Idelfonso Vásquez.
El anuncio hecho por el alcalde bolivariano de Maracaibo, Willy Casanova, en sus redes sociales indica que también se recuperó la bicicleta robada a la ciclista, que la madrugada del 31 de julio recibió un disparo en la cabeza por los delincuentes que la atracaron junto a su pareja Alejandro Fajardo, quien resultó herido en este lamentable hecho.
La detención de los indiciados estuvo a cargo de la Policía Comunal en articulación con el Servicio de Investigación Penal (SIP) de Polimaracaibo y la colaboración del Conas. A los delincuentes se les incautó el arma de fuego tipo revólver color plateada, la bicicleta color naranja y los dos teléfonos celulares robados a la pareja que ya habían sido vendidos.
Joseph Bohórquez, director de Seguridad Ciudadana, aseguró que seguirán las labores para desarticular toda la banda para darle tranquilidad a la población y continuarán uniendo esfuerzos para mejorar y garantizar la convivencia.
Los aprehendidos fueron puesto a la orden de la Fiscalía y el Ministerio Público.
