⠀La Alcaldía de Jesús Enrique Lossada, por medio de su Instituto Municipal de la Vivienda (Ivijel) entregará, próximamente, 223 títulos de propiedad de viviendas de interés social, construidas por este instituto.⠀

Para garantizar el derecho a la tenencia de la tierra y a una vivienda digna, el alcalde Junior Mujica se ha propuesto entregar la titularidad a quienes tienen más de 10 años habitando sus casas pero que no tienen ningún documento que los acredite como propietarios.⠀

La primera dama del municipio y presidenta del Ivijel, sociólogo Alvida Acosta de Mujica, explicó que la Alcaldía a través de este Instituto entregó desde hace muchos años créditos a lossadeños y les construyó sus viviendas en terrenos del Ivijel para que las fueran cancelando mensualmente. Gobiernos municipales anteriores les condonaron la deuda pero nunca les entregaron sus documentos de propiedad.⠀

“En este momento estamos trabajando en la documentación legal y liberación de la hipoteca de todas aquellas personas que tienen su documento de préstamo, como también este Gobierno exonerará la deuda a aquellas personas que todavía deben. Son 223 títulos en la parroquia La Concepción”, explicó Acosta.⠀

El Instituto comenzará entregando los títulos de viviendas de los diferentes sectores de la parroquia La Concepción, y de los lotes de terreno que son propiedad del Ivijel, que están ubicados en los urbanismos o asentamientos: Villa Los Cerros, Villa Jerusalén y Villa El Bosque. Solo en Villa Jerusalén se hará entrega de la titularidad del terreno porque las viviendas fueron construidas por otros organismos.⠀

La regularización de la tenencia de la tierra es un derecho constitucional y un mandato del presidente Nicolás Maduro, y por ello trabaja el alcalde Junior Mujica y su equipo, labor que cuenta con el respaldo del gobernador Omar Prieto y del candidato a la Alcaldía por el Psuv, Danilo Áñez.⠀

La sociólogo Acosta instó a quienes habitan en viviendas del Ivijel a que acudan a las oficinas del Instituto ubicadas en la sede del Despacho del Alcalde, Campo O’ Leary de La Concepción, para informarse de los procedimientos.⠀

El pasado 18 de mayo el alcalde Mujica entregó títulos de tierras urbanas que se encontraban en condición de “ejidos” a beneficiarios de varios sectores. En este momento Sindicatura Municipal prepara la entrega de un nuevo lote, entre ellos más de 500 títulos en el sector Los Rosales.⠀
