VP-Zulia presenta el programa de formación política y de gobierno Rafael María Baralt

Con el objetivo de formar a los líderes políticos, el partido Voluntad Popular en el Zulia presentó el Programa de formación política y de gobierno Rafael María Baralt.

Desde la plazoleta del edificio rectoral de la Universidad del Zulia, la coordinadora regional Desiree Barboza, encabezó la rueda de prensa y aseguró que la formación es vital para preparar a los líderes políticos del país.

“Una Venezuela llena de oportunidades se escribe con E de Educación y con F de Formación, por eso hoy le presentamos al Zulia este programa. Vivimos momentos de dictadura y solo podemos combatirla con formación y con educación”, afirmó Barboza.

La dirigente de la tolda naranja informó que inicialmente el programa de formación política estará dirigido a los legisladores y concejales de la tolda naranja. “Voluntad Popular en el Zulia tiene siete legisladores y 44 concejales que tienen la tarea de formarse, de crear leyes y ordenanzas que se conviertan en la piedra angular de La Mejor Venezuela. Con formación política y de gobierno lograremos que el país retorne a la democracia”, opinó Barboza.

Por su parte, el coordinador del Programa de formación política y de gobierno Rafael María Baralt, José Antonio Chirinos, profesor y ex decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales de la Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), agradeció a la Dirección Regional de Voluntad Popular por su nombramiento.

“Con este programa de formación, Voluntad Popular reafirma su compromiso de ser una institución política que está al servicio de Venezuela y de su futuro. En la política venezolana requerimos de hombres y mujeres formados, porque sin conocimiento no se puede dirigir a la sociedad por el camino del progreso y bienestar”, señaló Chirinos.

El académico explicó que este programa de formación se basa en tres pilares fundamentales. El primero de ellos, “el conocimiento para diagnosticar” los problemas y soluciones que vive la sociedad zuliana y venezolana.

“El segundo pilar, es de orden ético, porque quien sea legislador o representante de Voluntad Popular en cualquier órgano público debe cumplir con reglas éticas. No vamos a ser señalados como corruptos y malversadores de fondos públicos. Y el tercer pilar, es hacer política sumatoria. Somos ciudadanos que prestamos servicio a otros ciudadanos y debemos tener la capacidad de sumar a los ciudadanos a nuestro favor y que reconozcan positivamente la gestión que se haya hecho”, enfatizó Chirinos.
