“La primera dama ha superado una operación. Se encuentra bien”, dijo brevemente Joseph en una intervención ante la prensa en su residencia en Puerto Príncipe, sin aportar más detalles sobre la intervención, reseñó EFE.
Martine Moise resultó gravemente herida en el ataque a tiros que acabó con la vida de su marido, perpetrado el pasado miércoles en la residencia de ambos en Puerto Príncipe.
La primera dama fue trasladada ese mismo día a Miami en un avión ambulancia para proseguir su tratamiento y, según dijeron políticos estadounidenses que la visitaron, el jueves se encontraba en estado “crítico”.
Este sábado, la cuenta de Twitter de la primera dama publicó un audio atribuido a ella, de dos minutos y veinte segundos de duración.
En la grabación se habla del ataque armado y también se lanzan mensajes políticos, asegurando que hay “mercenarios que quieren acabar con el sueño y las ideas” de Moise.
El Gobierno haitiano ha corroborado la autenticidad de la grabación, pero algunos medios de comunicación haitianos la han puesto en tela de juicio, asegurando que la voz no pertenece a la primera dama.
