Venezuela sumó nueve fallecidos y 771 nuevos contagios por covid-19 en las últimas 24 horas, todos por transmisión comunitaria.
Los dos primeros decesos corresponden al Distrito Capital, dos mujeres de 54 y 60 años, respectivamente.
El tercer y cuarto fallecido es una mujer y un hombre, ambos residentes del estado Aragua. Otra femenina murió a causa del virus en Lara.
Miranda suma otras dos víctimas y los últimos decesos se ubicaron en el estado Sucre, todos mayor de 60 años.
El ministro de Comunicación e Información, Freddy Ñáñez, detalló que el Distrito Capital vuelve a encabezar la lista de contagios con 151 nuevos positivos, seguido de Monagas (134), Miranda (106), Nueva Esparta (78), Aragua (63), Falcón (63), Lara (62), Yaracuy (38), Bolívar (26) y Zulia (25).
Mérida (13), Portuguesa (9), Trujillo (4), Sucre (4), Carabobo (3), Guárico (3), Apure (2), La guaira (2), Delta Amacuro (2), Cojedes (1), Barinas (1) y Táchira (1) también reportaron casos de coronavirus durante esta jornada.
Con este balance Venezuela contabiliza 151.894 casos desde el inicio de la pandemia, de los cuales 141.260 se han recuperado en su totalidad, lo que representa 93% del total de contagios. Mientras que 9.132 permanecen activos.
