Cifras de casos
El ministro indicó que con los nuevos datos, Venezuela llega a 343.178 casos confirmados, 327.151 personas recuperadas, lo que representa 95% de los contagios. Actualmente hay 11.878 casos activos, 11.463 están siendo atendidos en el sistema público de salud y 414 en clínicas privadas.
Sobre el estado de salud de los pacientes, dijo que hasta la fecha hay 6.256 que se encuentran asintomáticos, 4.665 con insuficiencia respiratoria aguda leve, 784 con insuficiencia respiratoria aguda moderada y 172 en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos.
Ñáñez por otro lado informó que hay 17 personas muertas para llegar a 4.150: 3 hombres de 64, 69, 84 años y 3 mujeres 69, 67, 71 años de Caracas, 3 hombres de 64, 67, 96 años y 1 mujer de 55 años de Aragua, 2 mujeres, ambas de 73 años de Anzoátegui.
Además, 1 mujer de 65 años y 1 hombre de 52 años de Barinas, 2 hombres de 85, 55 años de Miranda, y 1 hombre de 88 años de Nueva Esparta.
Y agregó: «Hoy la vicepresidenta Delcy Rodríguez se reunió con el equipo de gobierno para evaluar el avance del Plan Masivo de vacunación y protección de la población ante nuevas variantes. El gobierno bolivariano continúa trabajando para lograr la inmunización de todos los venezolanos».
