De acuerdo con los parámetros establecidos en este alivio migratorio, todos los que ingresaron antes del 9 de marzo de 2021 son elegibles. Sin embargo, recientemente surgió la duda de qué sucede con los ciudadanos venezolanos que ingresaron con un pasaporte de otro país.
Brian Fincheltub, director de Asuntos Consulares de la embajada de Venezuela en Estados Unidos, asegura que “el hecho de tener doble nacionalidad no impide que una persona pueda aplicar, lo importante es que tenga nacionalidad venezolana. Ese es el requisito principal. En segundo lugar, que hayan estado en Estados Unidos al 8 de marzo cuando salió esta medida y que mantenga residencia continua al momento de haber hecho su aplicación”, explica el funcionario.
De acuerdo con informes de la OEA, debido a la dificultad para obtener un pasaporte en Venezuela, el 50 % de los migrantes o no tienen un documento de identidad o el que tienen, está próximo a vencerse; por lo que es común ver ciudadanos venezolanos que han entrado a Estados Unidos con otra nacionalidad.
En el caso del TPS, deberán dar explicaciones adicionales a las autoridades migratorias, quienes decidirán si, definitivamente, el solicitante no tiene un vínculo fuerte con otro país diferente a Venezuela.
“USCIS mencionó que los aplicantes deberán explicar cómo obtuvieron esa nacionalidad, si han viajado o vivido en dicho país, desde hace cuánto la tienen; entre otros detalles que sean importantes para que ellos puedan evaluar cuál es el arraigo que tiene la persona a ese otro país”, asegura Fincheltub.
La recomendación de la embajada de Venezuela en Estados Unidos es que los ciudadanos que tengan dudas sobre su caso, apliquen al TPS con la asesoría de un abogado. De acuerdo con expertos en asuntos migratorios, desde hace apenas dos meses que se abrió el registro para el TPS se reportan denuncias de personas que, viviendo aún en Venezuela, han sido víctima de estafadores.
Según Damaris Rangel , experta en asuntos migratorios buscan grupos muy vulnerables: jóvenes, madres solas, personas de la tercera edad y les dicen “mira tu paquete, te hacemos tu paquete de TPS. Llegas hasta la frontera y ahí te presentas con esta documentación que te la llevas lista” y eso es falso. Eso no opera de esa forma. Ya tenemos varios casos”, relató a la Voz de América.
Al ser Estados Unidos uno de los países que reconoce al líder opositor Juan Guaidó como presidente interino, este cuerpo diplomático abrió una plataforma de información, que hasta el momento, ha atendido a más de 40.000 personas que han manifestado dudas sobre el proceso de TPS./ VOA

از کوره در می رود، به نور زیاد، صدا، رفت و آمد و… حساسیت فوق
العاده دارد. این اعصاب ضعیفی دارند و خیلی زود در برابر مسائل واکنش نشان داده
و پرخاشگری می کنند. ج1) اگر یقین به خروج منی ندارد، تکلیفی نسبت به غسل جنابت
نداشته است.
درمانهای دارویی برای جلوگیری از زود انزالی شدید وجود داره که میتونه کمک کننده
باشه.
افرادی که به صورت مکرر خودارضایی می کنند دچار ضعف حافظه، حواس پرتی و ناتوانی در تمرکز فکری می شوند.
ضعف و تحلیل قوای جسمانی در این افراد ناشی از اختلال
در عملکرد سیستم مغز و اعصاب است.
اختلال در عملکرد سیستم مغز و اعصاب موجب

تمرکز کافی نداشته باشد و

بنابراین ممکن است این افراد در دوره مجردی با
