Un vehículo que transportaba enseres de desmovilizados de las FARC fue incendiado en el sur de Colombia por hombres armados, denunció este viernes el partido Comunes, que pidió al Gobierno «garantías para la integridad y la vida de los reincorporados».
El ataque contra la caravana, que se dirigía a la localidad de El Doncello, en el departamento del Caquetá, lo perpetraron hombres que se movilizaban en una motocicleta en un punto conocido como La Sombra, en límites con el departamento del Meta, de donde habían partido.
Grupos armados incendian bus de la caravana humanitaria que traslada del Yarí al Doncello a comunidad firmante de paz desplazada, denunció el partido Comunes en redes sociales.
El consejero presidencial para la Estabilización y la Consolidación, Emilio Archila, rechazó lo sucedido y aseguró que la «seguridad de los excombatientes es una prioridad para el Gobierno», al tiempo que señaló que a los desmovilizados se les ofreció trasladarlos en helicópteros y seguridad, pero lo rechazaron.
Incendian camión con enseres de desmovilizados
Una pareja transportada en una motocicleta realizó un ataque contra uno de los vehículos sin ninguna consecuencia para ninguno de los ocupantes, agregó el funcionario.
El comandante del Comando Conjunto Número 3, mayor general Sergio Tafur García, detalló que los excombatientes no aceptaron el ofrecimiento del Gobierno para trasladarlos en cuatro helicópteros particulares al igual que la escolta que se dispuso para esa operación.
Rechazo categóricamente el atentado del que fueron víctimas los firmantes de paz en el Yarí. La población en proceso de reincorporación es una comunidad de paz, que dejó las armas para construir una Colombia nueva lejos de la guerra, manifestó el último jefe de las FARC y ahora presidente del partido Comunes, Rodrigo Londoño, conocido en sus tiempos de guerrillero como «Timochenko».
Londoño agregó que «está en riesgo la vida» de los firmantes de la paz, por lo cual pidió «a la comunidad internacional, a las organizaciones sociales y a (el movimiento) Defendamos la Paz no dejarlos solos».
Desde que el Gobierno colombiano y las FARC firmaron la paz, en noviembre de 2016, han asesinado cerca de 300 miembros de la antigua guerrilla.
Colombia y la comunidad internacional no pueden permitir que los violentos desangren el sueño de paz de los colombianos, agregó Londoño.
Atacan a una caravana
La caravana atacada la conforman tres autobuses en los que viajan los 43 desmovilizados y varios camiones que llevan sus enseres y animales.
A eso de las 10 de la mañana «la caravana humanitaria la atacaron con ráfagas de fusil» y además incendiaron un camión, según Comunes.
Ese partido añadió que una ambulancia de la gobernación del Meta, que acompañaba la caravana, se regresó y que «no hay una logística de acompañamiento de misión médica a la caravana, solo puntos de atención en el trayecto».
Pese al ataque el director de la Agencia para la Reincorporación y la Normalización (ARN), Andrés Stapper, confió en que el traslado de los excombatientes y sus familias culmine este viernes de «forma tranquila».
