Tres ataques ocurridos en Colombia en zonas en donde operan guerrillas y disidencias dejaron el sábado nueve muertos, cuatro de ellos policías, informaron autoridades.
El primero hecho fue la masacre de cinco hombres en San Vicente del Caguán, departamento de Caquetá (sur), indicó este domingo a la AFP el alcalde Julián Perdomo.
Aunque dijo desconocer los autores y motivos de la agresión, Perdomo lamentó que “con mucha frecuencia están apareciendo campesinos asesinados en el área rural” del municipio en donde se llevaron a cabo diálogos con la guerrilla marxista FARC entre 1999 y 2002.
Pese al acuerdo de paz firmado en 2016 con las FARC, allí operan varios grupos de disidentes que se marginaron del pacto y a los que las autoridades locales atribuyen las agresiones.
Por otro lado, tres policías fueron asesinados por hombres armados en el municipio de Pailitias, Cesar (noreste), indicó en un comunicado la institución a la que pertenecían.
Los sujetos se acercaron al establecimiento en donde se encontraban los oficiales y sus familiares y “dispararon de manera indiscriminada ocasionando la muerte de tres policías que en ese momento se encontraban de descanso”, así como heridas a la mujer embarazada de uno de ellos, precisa el boletín.
Según la policía, el ataque ocurrió en una zona en donde opera la guerrilla del Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN), última reconocida en el país.
El tercer ataque fue “una incursión de un grupo armado” en un barrio rico de la ciudad de Cali, en Valle del Cauca (suroeste), donde murió un policía, de acuerdo con un video enviado a medios por el alcalde de la ciudad, Jorge Iván Ospina.
Ospina tampoco precisó la identidad del grupo armado, pero en la zona operan tanto disidentes de las FARC como guerrilleros del ELN, así como bandas de origen paramilitar y grupos narcotraficantes, según inteligencia militar.
Incluyendo la masacre de San Vicente del Caguán, el observatorio Indepaz registra 45 matanzas asesinatos de al menos tres personas en un solo evento en lo que va del año.
El gobierno de Iván Duque culpa a los grupos que se financian del narcotráfico y la minería ilegal del repunte de la violencia en regiones alejadas tras la firma de la paz con las FARC.
Pero expertos también señalan la demora en la implementación del pacto de paz por parte del gabinete del mandatario conservador./AFP
