Delsa Solorzano, informó que la oficina de la alta comisionada de la ONU para los Derechos Humanos ya está al tanto de la «masacre de El Ripial».
“Ya hemos hecho llegar los testimonios y estamos levantando el expediente por violación de Derechos Humanos. Lo estamos remitiendo a las instancias internacionales”, explicó la parlamentaria en una transmisión por Instagram Live en la que conversó con uno de los familiares.
“Hemos recabado decenas de testimonios y ya la ONU está haciendo las ONU de rigor”, agregó.
La parlamentaria exigió una investigación transparente del suceso. “Esto se tiene que investigar. Investigación imparcial y transparente”, reclamó.
Además, criticó que en las pesquisas anunciadas por el ministerio Público participen los altos mandos militares. “No pueden ser investigadores e investigados”.
Consideró que con estos anuncios hechos por Tarek William Saab lo que se busca es evitar que el caso se considere crimen de lesa humanidad.
Durante la transmisión, Solórzano conversó con Emir Remolina, familiar de cuatro de las personas masacradas en El Ripial.
Relató que se enteró de la muerte de sus familiares estando en un refugio. “Cuando yo veo las fotos automáticamente me doy cuenta que son mi papá y mi mamá, mi hermano y el tío mío. Mi hermano 17 años y mi tío 20 añitos era lo que tenía”, dijo entre lágrimas.
Negó que sus familiares estuviesen vinculados a grupos irregulares y exigió una investigación imparcial. “Es algo ilógico, se ve que todo es falso. ¡Todo falso! Un pantalón amarrado ahí, todo eso es falso. No hay nada que los involucre. Todo es falso”.
