El documento de una Corte de Florida da cuenta que el tribunal ya tiene claro la pena de Otoniel, que consistiría en “Max Penalty: Life Imprisonment”, es decir, cadena perpetua.
Otoniel es acusado de conspirar con la intención de distribuir sustancias controladas sabiendo que serían importadas a Estados Unidos.
Sobre el capo pesa una orden de extradición de Estados Unidos, dos circulares rojas y una azul de Interpol, así como otras más de 120 órdenes de captura en Colombia.
El escrito también señala que el narcotraficante cobraba ‘impuestos’ a otros narcotraficantes para operar en las diferentes rutas de distribución y desplazamiento de sustancias ilegales. Alias ‘Chiquito Malo’ era el que coordinaba ese cobro, agrega el documento.
