Sin embargo, muchos sectores de la ciudad específicamente para el norte ya cumplieron ocho horas sin servicio, Rosal Sur, Naranjal, Canta Claro, otra parte de Cuatricentenario, barrio Mirtha Fonseca, urbanización La Esperanza, La Victoria, ya llevan más ocho horas sin electricidad.
La subregión Guajira, también continua afectada y sigue sumando las horas sin electricidad.
Rafael Ramírez, alcalde de Maracaibo, informó a través de la red social Twitter que “todas las direcciones de la alcaldía, siguen de cerca la situación del municipio; con especial énfasis en el área de salud. De momento, no se han presentado emergencias.”
