En una fotografía publicada a través de la red social Instagram, Ramírez se ve entrando a la sede de Polimaracaibo y los efectivos policiales realizan un saludo con respeto al nuevo burgomaestre de la ciudad.
«Hoy reunidos en Polimaracaibo, agradecido con todos los funcionarios y su disposición de trabajo para nuestra ciudad. Sienta nuestra gente la confianza de que estamos haciendo todos los esfuerzos necesarios, en este proceso de transición con cada institución, en ejercicio de nuestras competencias y responsabilidades», escribió.
