El Ministerio Público logró privativa de libertad para José William Granados (67), por su presunta responsabilidad en el abuso sexual de su sobrina de 18 años de edad con discapacidad cognitiva y esquizofrenia, hecho detectado el 3 de febrero del 2023 en el municipio Los Salias del estado Miranda.
En horas de la mañana del citado día, una juez de los Tribunales de Protección de Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes realizaba una visita de supervisión en una casa hogar, ubicado en la comunidad El Cuji de San Antonio de Los Altos, cuando la víctima le manifestó que su tío, quien era vigilante en el lugar, le tocaba sus partes íntimas y le metía sus dedos en la boca.
Asimismo, señaló que el agresor se aprovechaba de ella cuando su cuidadora estaba dormida o no se encontraba en las instalaciones.
Inmediatamente, la jueza alertó lo ocurrido en la sede de la Policía Nacional Bolivariana de la localidad, cuyos funcionarios se trasladaron hasta el sitio y aprehendieron a José Granados, quien fue puesto a la orden del Ministerio Público.
En la audiencia de presentación, las representantes de las fiscalías 82° nacional y 2° de la referida jurisdicción imputaron al sexagenario por el delito abuso sexual sin penetración.
Una vez evaluados los elementos de convicción expuestos por los fiscales del caso, el Tribunal 1 de Control de Miranda dictó la privativa de libertad contra el hombre, quien permanecerá recluido en el Internado Judicial de El Rodeo II, ubicado en Guatire.
