Luis Alberto Olivares Parra, de 54 años de edad, quedó detenido tras las rejas del comando de Polisur tras ser acusado por su pareja de haberla agredido físicamente y por ofrecer resistencia al momento de su detención.
Una ciudadana de 44 años se comunicó con la central policial y determinó el lugar dónde se ubicaba el sujeto quien momentos antes la había agredido.
Una comisión se presentó en el lugar referido por la fémina, una residencia de la calle 19A del barrio Sierra Maestra, donde Olivares Parra al observar a la comisión intentó huir pero los uniformados debieron restringirlo ante su actitud hostil.
Los funcionarios pudieron incautar un arma de fuego, tipo escopeta de color negro y plata, con empuñadura de madera de color marrón, de fabricación industrializada PROOF TESTED , calibre 12.
Debido a todos los elementos en su contra fue detenido garantizando sus derechos y garantías constitucionales, informa una nota de Polisur.
