Tarek William Saab, fiscal general de la República de Venezuela, ordenó la investigación a una de las tiendas Traki en el estado Bolívar, luego que un adolescente de 17 años denunciara que sufrió humillaciones públicas por parte del personal que labora en el lugar, lo que llevó a cabo por una confusión en uno de sus pagos.
La denuncia del joven que se identificó bajo el nombre de “Miguel”, revela que los vigilantes y el personal que gestiona la tienda no le dieron derecho a solicitar las cámaras para que se percataran que no estaba realizando nada ilegal, mientras lo acusaban de “robar” lo pusieron a limpiar y a pagar por un producto que había cancelado en días anteriores pero que no tenía la factura.

El joven admite que cometió un error al reingresar a la tienda con un bolso a sabiendas que se debe dejar afuera, pero que todo lo que ocurrió luego fue un completo abuso de autoridad.
La noticia se hizo viral en redes sociales y Saab emitió una orden para investigar sobre el caso.
“Fue designado Fiscal 2do Regional con competencia en #DDHH ( Bolívar ) para que investigue #denuncia realizada por un adolescente que revela ser objeto de maltratos por vigilantes en Traki que lo sometieron a vejaciones y humillaciones públicas”, escribió el Saab en Twitter.
