“El ministerio de Justicia ofrece una recompensa especial”, de unos 60.000 dólares, “por la cabeza de tres fugitivos importantes: Wendelle Thelot Coq, Joseph Félix Badio y John Joël Joseph”, declaró a la prensa Rockefeller Vincent, reseñó AFP.
