Nora Bracho, rechazó y condenó el acoso político a que tienen sometido en la Asamblea Nacional al personal contratado y de carrera administrativa por parte de los representantes del Ejecutivo, que lidera Jorge Rodríguez.
“Ese ese seudo parlamento que se instaló luego de un proceso de fraude electoral escenificado el 6 de diciembre, se dio a la tarea de despedir masivamente a los trabajadores, anunciado por audios como el del pasado 20 de enero donde Jorge Rodríguez ordena despedir a todos los trabajadores que fueron contratados durante el periodo 2016”, precisó la diputada Bracho.
«Solicitó a la Asamblea Nacional legítima, reconocida por los países demócratas del mundo, elevar esta situación ante la Central de Trabajadores de Venezuela, la Confederación de Trabajadores Legislativos de las América, a la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), para denunciar estas acciones de retaliación política, contra trabajadores venezolanos, que viola el convenio 111 relativo a la discriminación en el empleo y el Convenio 87 de libertad sindical y protección al trabajador».
“Es nuestro deber y pido a mis colegas diputados, que elevemos esta discusión también ante la propia Organización de Estados Americanos y ante la oficina de la Alta Comisionada para los Derechos Humanos de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas, Michelle Bachelet, para que conste en ese largo informe de las constantes violaciones a la que es sometido el ciudadano venezolano”.
Recordó la diputada Nora Bracho el audio donde Rodríguez ordenó botar a los trabajadores de la AN, asegurando «con cinismo» que no se trata de una retaliación política, ni de una venganza, sino por seguridad y justicia.
“Qué cosas las de estos revolucionarios que supuestamente defienden los derechos de los trabajadores desde una tribuna y los pisotean cada vez que quieren. Pero no es el primer atropello que sufren los trabajadores de la Asamblea Nacional, recordemos que durante la írrita gestión del diputado alacrán Luis Parra, fueron despedidos más de 600 funcionarios, obreros y contratados. Aún en pandemia, se decide condenar a muerte por hambre a estas familias venezolanas”.
En ese sentido subrayó la diputada Bracho que esto se llama persecución política, «además de violentar la inamovilidad laboral que el régimen de Nicolás Maduro prorrogó por dos años», hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2022.
“Esta medida impide que los patronos de los sectores públicos y privados puedan realizar despidos. Este mismo régimen que a empresarios y sectores privados los multan, sancionan y los obligan a reenganchar a los despedidos mediante las diferentes instancias, pero ellos transgreden la ley sin pudor alguno”, sentenció la parlamentaria zuliana.
Afirmó que además violan el derecho contractual consagrado en el estatuto del funcionario de la AN y la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo y peor aún, el sentido de humanidad en estos tiempos de pandemia exponiendo a todas estas familias a la incertidumbre de si podrán comer o cuidar su salud.
“Estos despidos masivos de los trabajadores no fueron notificados, no se siguió ningún procedimiento administrativo, ni se efectuó calificación de despido. Siguen Nicolás y los suyos demostrando su desprecio por las leyes y las normas. Despiden, incluso, a madres en periodo de lactancia, y sin liquidaciones”.
Manifestó que los «diputados de la legítima AN no pueden darle la espalda a quienes los acompañaron a lo largo de estos años, porque muchos de ellos no comulgaban con su forma de pensar, pero se respetaron sus derechos laborales y su carrera administrativa como funcionarios».
Por otra parte, reveló que Jorge Rodríguez pretende jubilar a funcionarios de carrera con apenas 20 años. “Porque le estorban e incomodan, que los desnuden en su incapacidad para legislar y cumplir los procedimientos, esa verdad la intentan ocultar a toda costa”, aseguró la diputada Bracho.
En ese sentido, anunció la diputada zuliana que la verdadera y única reconocida como institución legislativa en Venezuela por los países demócratas del mundo, acompañaran a los trabajadores en su lucha, y elevaran su voz ante la Central de Trabajadores de Venezuela y a la Confederación de Trabajadores Legislativos de las Américas, ante la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), para denunciar estas acciones de retaliación política que violan el convenio 111 relativo a la discriminación en el empleo y el Convenio 87 de libertad sindical y protección al trabajador.
