Un total de diez homicidios a balazos ocurrieron en las últimas 24 horas en distintos ataques perpetrados en el occidental estado mexicano de Michoacán.
La Secretaría de Seguridad Pública de Michoacán (SSP), informó de que cuatro de las víctimas fueron asesinadas por un comando armado que las sorprendió en un negocio de comida en el municipio de Jacona.
Las cuatro personas son del sexo masculino y hasta el momento se encuentran en calidad de desconocidas, por lo que permanecen en la morgue local.
En otro poblado también en Jacona, presuntos sicarios abandonaron los cadáveres desmembrados de dos hombres desconocidos, quienes habrían sido asesinados a balazos antes de ser mutilados.
Sin embargo, en el municipio colindante de Zamora -uno de los más violentos de México-, gatilleros ejecutaron a balazos a un ciclista, un mecánico y a otro varón desconocido, en ataques registrados en varias colonias.
En Morelia, capital de Michoacán, un hombre fue asesinado por un grupo de sicarios que lo atacaron en la Central de Abastos, el principal mercado de frutas, verduras e insumos del estado. La víctima no ha sido identificada.
Agentes de la policía estatal y la policía municipal, así como de la Guardia Nacional, desplegaron diversos operativos de búsqueda de los responsables, aunque hasta el momento no se reportan resultados.
En Michoacán operan principalmente los cárteles Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG), La Nueva Familia Michoacana y los Caballeros Templarios, los cuales se disputan entre sí el control de la producción y tráfico de drogas.
Estas organizaciones criminales operan en complicidad de al menos otros seis grupos delictivos regionales, los cuales han extendido sus actividades delictivas al secuestro, extorsiones, tala clandestina de bosques y robo de camiones de carga.
Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, gobernador de Michoacán, del gobernante Movimiento de Regeneración Nacional (Morena), advirtió recientemente que el 80 % de los homicidios violentos en el estado están relacionados con la venta de drogas, el menudeo y las adicciones.
