Muere el funcionario de Polisucre que abatió a cuatro delincuentes en Coche

El funcionario de la Policía Municipal de Sucre, Reiner Charmelo, de 29 años, falleció este sábado luego de sostener un enfrentamiento armado con cuatro antisociales en el sector Las Mayas, en Caracas, según informó el organismo de seguridad en su cuenta de Twitter.

«Honor y Gloria a nuestros funcionarios. Los que mueren por la vida no pueden llamarse muertos«, escribieron.

En horas de la mañana del viernes 30 de julio, cuatro antisociales fueron abatidos tras intentar despojar de sus pertenencias a los pasajeros de un autobús en la autopista Valle – Coche a la altura de Las Mayas.

En un mensaje publicado en Twitter, el periodista de sucesos Miguel Da Silva informó que un funcionario de Polisucre, que viajaba en la unidad de transporte, frustró el asalto enfrentándose a los delincuentes.

En el enfrentamiento, el agente resultó herido de gravedad por lo que fue trasladado al Hospital Domingo Luciani en El Llanito.
