Messi jugará ante el City en la Liga de Campeones

El París Saint-Germain (PSG) convocó al argentino Leo Messi para el encuentro de Liga de Campeones ante el Manchester City de Pep Guardiola este martes y podrá así alinear su tridente ofensivo de lujo junto a Neymar y Mbappé.

En un comunicado, el PSG de Mauricio Pochettino informó de la lista, en la que también está el italiano Marco Verratti, otra pieza clave del equipo que fue baja en los últimos encuentros. Sigue ausente el central español Sergio Ramos por sus problemas físicos, publica EFE.

Messi estaba en proceso de recuperación por la contusión ósea en la rodilla izquierda que se produjo el domingo 19 ante el Lyon. Por culpa de este incidente, se perdió dos partidos seguidos de Liga, los triunfos ante el Metz y Montpellier.

Correspondiente a la segunda jornada de la fase de grupos, el PSG recibe en el Parque de los Príncipes al City con aires de revancha, después de que el año pasado fuese eliminado por los ingleses en semifinales de la Liga de Campeones.
