«La Policía Nacional Bolivariana (PNB) cuenta con un pie de fuerza de más de nueve mil 700 funcionarias policiales dentro de este órgano de seguridad”, así lo informó este jueves Tania Mujica, secretaria general de cuerpo policial, durante la emisión del programa PNB Avanzado Junto al Pueblo.
Mujica destacó la importancia que ejerce la mujer policía en todas sus funciones policiales “con una igualdad de género dentro de la institución, comisionadas al frente de cargos como Equidad e Igualdad de género, Recursos Humanos, Atención a la Víctima y jefas de Estación Policiales quienes asumen responsabilidades sobre la seguridad ciudadana”.
La comisionada indicó que “la secretaria general se encarga de recibir las novedades del servicio, evaluando el trabajo de las diferentes coordinaciones en el interior del país y del Distrito Capital, para así visualizar como vamos apoyar al director nacional y directivos en general”.
Para finalizar el programa, la secretaria general recordó el rol importante que tiene la mujer policía, “somos mujeres multifacéticas que cumplimos con deberes como madre, esposa, hija y amiga, sin dejar nuestra responsabilidad y profesionalismo garantizando las seguridad de nuestro pueblo”, resaltó.
