Desde el PCD hemos llamado a la unidad, donde tengamos todos un papel preponderante en la lucha como en la participación, apostamos a lograr una salida a la crisis política venezolana desde todos los rincones del país, nos duele especialmente el Zulia, nos entristece la situación en que se encuentra Maracaibo, queremos y esperamos rescatarla, hemos puesto nuestros nombres, nuestra organización política, nuestra dirigencia en ser partícipe de ese logro, pero, no lo lograremos en la forma en que nos encontramos dentro de los factores opositores.
