El presidente del Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela (Psuv), Nicolás Maduro, ordenó trabajar como eje fundamental la ética y los valores revolucionarios frente a la corrupción, la indolencia y el burocratismo. «No debe ser un tema teórico, deber servir para desenmascarar los valores del capitalismo, del consumismo».
«Necesitamos aplicar el renacimiento de la ética, moral y del compromiso, ese es el primer tema de este Congreso», expresó.
Durante la instalación del V Congreso del Psuv y el IV de la Jpsuv, Desde el Teatro Teresa Carreño, en Caracas, Maduro ordenó a renovar la batería de argumentos, los planes y la capacidad creadora política revolucionaria concreta del Partido.
«Para qué sirve este partido para construir el socialismo, para defender la Patria, para educar a nuestro pueblo, para organizar el Poder Popular, para garantizar la democracia protagónica, son las grandes razones para nuestra existencia histórica», puntualizó.
Asimismo, el Mandatario ordenó cero tolerancia contra la corrupción. «Que caigan todos los que tengan que caer, llámense como llamen, estén donde estén, hayan sido lo que hayan sido».
De igual forma, Maduro ordenó aplicar máxima justicia a quienes trafican con la gasolina «Van a caer todos los que estén metidos traficando con la gasolina contra el pueblo ¡Es la orden!».
Pidió el máximo castigo al fenómeno de la narcopolítica. “Hay que castigar la indolencia y el delito, tienen que caer todos los que se visten de chavistas para traicionar. Pido el máximo castigo al fenómeno de la narcopolítica en la izquierda, en la derecha, donde sea».
Por otra parte, el máximo representante de la tolda roja exhortó a los delegados nacionales aportar propuestas concretas para la configuración del 1×10 del buen gobierno, el mapa de soluciones y las Agendas Concretas de Acción (ACA) de las Unidades de Batalla Bolívar-Chávez (UBCh).
Igualmente, orientó a darle un carácter de “cara al pueblo” al Congreso del PSUV en aras de que “todos los temas sean de conocimiento público”.
“Hagamos un Congreso de puertas abiertas a nuestro pueblo para escuchar la verdad del pueblo, llevar nuestra verdad al pueblo y definir los lineamientos de resistencia, del renacimiento y de los cambios que necesita Venezuela”, puntualizó.
3R.Nets
El presidente Maduro manifestó durante el encuentro con la militancia roja que se deben definir con claridad un rumbo propio hacia la construcción del Socialismo.
Indicó que estas 3R. Nets: Resistencia porque es originaria, transversal y permanente «a veces siento, veo, siento», que algunos militantes que caen el error de responsabilizar a la Revolución Bolivariana de las penurias que ha padecido el Pueblo venezolano a causa de la guerra económica y bloqueo de Estados Unidos contra Venezuela.
«Continuar resistiendo en todos los espacios, como lo hemos estado haciendo», resaltó, al tiempo que recordó los otros dos aspectos como son el Renacimiento y Revolucionar.
