A Euro Enrique Chirinos Guelez, de 50 años, fue señalado de abusador y exhibicionista, luego que una vecina lo denunciara ante el Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (CPBEZ) por mostrarle sus partes íntimas a su hija de nueve años.
Chirinos Guelez sorprendió a la menor en la vía pública, luego de salir de una vigilia cristiana en el barrio Las Trinitarias, parroquia Francisco Eugenio Bustamante, municipio Maracaibo, donde el señalado mostró sus genitales e intentó tocarla, afortunadamente la pequeña comenzó a gritar por lo que fue defendida por los vecinos.
La comunidad golpeó a Chirinos Guelez y luego lo llevaron al Centro de Coordinación Policial Maracaibo Oeste, donde lo entregaron a las autoridades.
Se conoció que indiciado tenía días de ser liberado de los calabozos de la Policía científica, donde estaba detenido por la misma causa.
