La captura de José Gregorio Ruiz Sequera (38) y Dayana Carolina Alvarado Chille (34), se llevó a cabo en el sector La Mata, parroquia Cabudare, municipio Palavecino, estado Lara, por abuso sexual.
El hecho se dio a conocer, luego que la maestra de la niña de cuatro años, notará una actitud extraña en la pequeña, por lo que decidió conversar con ella y, esta le confesó que su padre le tocaba sus partes íntimas y le hacía otras cosas; es por ello que la docente al tener conocimiento del hecho, se dirigió inmediatamente, hasta la Delegación Municipal Cabudare, junto a la pequeña, donde formularon la denuncia.
Por tal motivo, los funcionarios del Cicpc dieron inicio a las pesquisas correspondiente, determinando que José abusaba sexualmente de su hija en reiteradas oportunidades, bajo el consentimiento de Dayana, quien luego que el padre de la menor terminaba con el encuentro íntimo, procedía a limpiarla. Siendo el caso referido a disposición de la Fiscalía 16° del Ministerio Público.
