Llegan 795 mil dosis más de Sputnik V a Venezuela

Un total de 794 mil 700 dosis de vacuna Sputnik V llegaron en la madrugada de este lunes, al Aeropuerto Internacional de Maiquetía “Simón Bolívar”, estado La Guaira, para continuar llevando a cabo el programa de inmunización a la población venezolana.

Así lo informó la viceministra de Salud, Marisela Bermúdez, quien manifestó: “Casi 800 mil vacunas que corresponde a 24 toneladas de una entrega de tres vuelos con carga de la  primera dosis de la SputnikV”.

Resaltó que con las mencionadas dosis, se busca alcanzar a finales de este mes de octubre, la meta de vacunación del 70 por ciento.

“Hoy podemos decir que hemos superado un poco más del 50 % de las personas vacunadas, de la I dosis, que ofrece el Gobierno Bolivariano a través de estas alianzas estratégicas con la Federación de Rusia, China y Cuba”, subrayó la funcionaria al canal del estado Venezolana de Televisión.

La cuenta de Twitter de Sputnik V publicó a las 4.25 de la tarde que «llegaron hoy a Venezuela 795 mil dosis» para el programa de vacunación de Venezuela.
