La expresidenta interina de Bolivia Jeanine Áñez, dio a conocer este martes en sus redes sociales una carta de su puño y letra en la que denuncia torturas y abusos desde que fue detenida hace una semana y llama «dictadura» al Gobierno de Luis Arce.
Áñez, que está procesada bajo el caso conocido como «golpe de Estado» y acusada de los delitos de sedición y terrorismo, sostiene varias veces a lo largo de las siete hojas de su misiva que «no hubo golpe. Fue un fraude», lo que pasó en la crisis de 2019 que derivó en la renuncia de Evo Morales a la presidencia de Bolivia.
La expresidenta interina aseguró que sus palabras son de «ánimo y firmeza, esta es una lucha por la democracia y vamos a darla hasta el final».
«Ya se llevaron mi libertad (…) ahora quieren llevarse mi salud», afirma y señala que no han permitido que la vean médicos independientes al Gobierno, de los que dice que «desconfía» porque son parte del «sistema de abuso y represión».
Áñez señala que si algo «mayor» pasa con su salud responsabiliza directamente a «Luis Arce, al ministro de Gobierno Eduardo del Castillo, al comandante de la Policía Jhonny Aguilera, el ministro de Justicia Iván Lima y autoridades del régimen penitenciario».
