El centrocampista madridista Toni Kroos asegura en una entrevista difundida este domingo en el diario alemán Bild que no le “sorprendería” que Kylian Mbappé, uno de los jugadores “más interesantes” en el mercado, acabara en el Real Madrid.
El francés del PSG es a su juicio, junto al noruego del Borussia Dortmund Erling Haaland, el mejor futbolista que se puede fichar este verano y, por eso, “no son precisamente baratos”.
No obstante, añade Kroos sobre Mbappé, “como el Real Madrid quiere siempre a los mejores, no me sorprendería que estuviese interesado en él”.
El exinternacional alemán habla asimismo del fichaje del Madrid hasta 2026 del austríaco David Alaba, procedente del Bayern de Múnich, el antiguo equipo de Kroos, un movimiento que considera “razonable” del club madridista tras las salidas de Sergio Ramos y Raphael Varane.
“Supe relativamente pronto que venía. No por el propio David, sino por “parte del Real Madrid”, explica el alemán, detalló.
“Lo veo así: Con Ramos y Varane hemos perdido a nuestra pareja defensiva interna de los últimos ocho años. (…) Si se quiere sustituir a estos jugadores con otros de un nivel similar, esto cuesta dinero”, indica.
Kroos hace asimismo cuentas y anticipa algún movimiento por parte de su club. “El Real Madrid ha cobrado el traspaso de Varane y no ha tenido que pagar la de Alaba. Todo esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta”.
