El economista José Guerra advierte que el Banco Central de Venezuela (BCV) no tiene cómo detener la devaluación del bolívar.
A través de su cuenta de Twitter, Guerra insiste en sus advertencias en cuanto a que la política del BCV «de tratar de estabilizar lo inestabilizable quemando reservas, era un suicidio y eso ha sido«, refleja el portal Runrunes.
De acuerdo con Guerra, «parar la devaluación implicaría inundar el mercado con dólares que no se tienen o aumentar significativamente la tasa de interés que sería peor«.
«No queda otra que dejar deslizar el tipo de cambio», señaló el economista.
Sobre lo anterior, explicó que esto se haría «en ausencia de un programa económico con financiamiento externo. Un programa de reordenamiento de la economía».
«Lo único seguro hoy es que va seguir la devaluación y la caída de los salarios reales», advirtió José Guerra.
