El salsero puertorriqueño Jerry Rivera anunció este jueves el lanzamiento de la canción y video del tema «Tú no bailas más que yo» junto a su compatriota y artista de música urbana Don Omar.
Rivera recurrió a las redes sociales para divulgar el lanzamiento del tema, primer sencillo del álbum «Tradición Urbana» del sello discográfico Sugar Cream Music, que también ya está disponible en todas las plataformas digitales.
«Estoy muy agradecido de poder continuar haciendo música tras 30 años de carrera. Don Omar ya había interpretado temas tropicales, por eso me pareció perfecto que hiciéramos este juntos», destacó Rivera.
«Tiene la habilidad de llevar la clave y el ‘swing’ que nos gusta a los salseros y en este tema lo dejó demostrado. Confiamos que esta canción sea del agrado del público salsero y también de los jóvenes seguidores de la música urbana», dijo Rivera.
El artista boricua presenta este tema como anticipo a sus conciertos en Puerto Rico, en el Coca-Cola Music Hall de San Juan, los próximos días 26 y 27 de febrero.
Los autores de este tema son Randy Peña, Abraham Rondón e Israel Rodríguez De La Cruz, mientras que los arreglos musicales fueron de Rei Ortiz.
El tema fue grabado y producido en el estado de Florida, en Estados Unidos.
En respuesta a su compatriota, Don Omar dijo que «este tema es un sueño hecho realidad y sale en un momento perfecto, pues para mí es un regalo de Navidad poder colaborar con el maestro Jerry Rivera, a quien a todos reconocemos como un icono en la industria de la música tropical y una gloria de nuestro Puerto Rico».
El álbum «Tradición Urbana» incluye también temas como «Arbolito», que interpreta Pirulo, y «Brisa Navideña», del artista Yomo.
Sugar Cream Music es una empresa creadas por Don Omar para participar en la industria musical.
