Centrado en apoyar con la aprobación de los recursos necesarios para apalancar la gestión de progreso y modernización del Zulia, el jueves 3 de febrero, a las 10.00 de la mañana, en la sala baja del Teatro Baralt, será instalada formalmente la Comisión del Poder Popular para las Finanzas y Desarrollo Económico del Estado, por parte del Consejo Legislativo, la cual estará presidida por el legislador, Justo Bermúdez, junto a los también legisladores, Iraida Villasmil y Jose Javier Barboza, todos de la fracción política de Un Nuevo Tiempo, quienes serán los encargados de dar viabilidad jurídica a los requerimientos presupuestarios necesarios para que el Zulia Grande sea una realidad.
Así lo informó el presidente de dicha comisión, legislador Justo Bermúdez, quien destacó que entre los objetivos inmediatos destacan el trabajo articulado para modernizar y adecuar a la actual situación del país, leyes de vital importancia como lo son una Ley de Administración Pública del Estado Zulia, la Reforma Parcial de Timbres, trabajar en la nueva Ley de Administración Financiera del sector público y por supuesto la de minerales y de turismo, las cuales también están en la obsolescencia y deben concordar con los objetivos de progreso y bienestar para todos los zulianos, lo cual es en definitiva el norte de esta gestión.
Es propósito de esta comisión, según detalló Bermúdez, que al hablar de desarrollo económico, es necesario engranarse a la planificación del Estado, y generar los necesarios incentivos , para que entre el sector público y el privado se logren capitalizar los grandes avances que requiere el Zulia en todas las áreas, por lo que también estará presente el seguimiento a la gestión gubernamental en el cumplimiento de las ejecuciones económicas, lo cual sin duda se verá reflejado en obras que demuestren avance y crecimiento en la entidad.
Venimos- dijo Bermúdez- a hacer una gestión abierta, transparente y en sintonía con la necesidad de apoyar los proyectos de desarrollo en beneficio del Zulia y su gente, que todos los ciudadanos puedan sentir la seguridad de que seremos propulsores, y también contralores de todo cuanto aprobemos, de manera que como lo ha dicho el Gobernador Manuel Rosales, trabajemos juntos en la recuperación de nuestro estado con ética, compromiso y de la mano de todos los que deseen sumarse a los grandes proyectos que se requieren con celeridad pero también con creatividad.
La Comisión de Desarrollo Económico, también es la que recibe las solicitudes de aprobación de recursos por parte del gobierno regional, y contempladas en la Ley de Presupuesto, al igual que el funcionamiento de la estructura gubernamental como tal, donde también se incluyen los créditos adicionales, entre otros, por lo que su instalación formal, viene a darle celeridad a la activación presupuestaria del 2022, cuyo monto fue reconducido, pues dadas las particularidades surgidas, luego de la elección del 21 de noviembre, no dieron los lapsos para aprobar un nuevo presupuesto.
Bermúdez agregó que en adelante se acabaron los misterios del pasado con ocultamiento de información, y que cualquier ciudadano o institución que solicite saber sobre este tema, su solicitud será atendida.
