El dueño del conuco aturdido por el golpe, huyó del lugar para avisar a oficiales del Cuerpo de Policía Bolivariana del estado Zulia (Cpbez), que patrullaban la zona, de inmediato los funcionarios ingresaron a la finca capturaron en flagrancia.
El delincuente fue llevado bajo arresto al Centro de Coordinación Policial Col Sur por disposición de la fiscalía 19 del Ministerio Público.
