Los detectives del CICPC iniciaron una investigación en torno a la muerte de una mujer en el barrio Libertad de Maracay, cuyo cadáver fue localizado dentro de un recolector de agua.
La mujer fue hallada muerta, con aparente signos de ahogamiento, en el interior de la vivienda en la cual aparentemente se encontraba sola.
De acuerdo al reporte policial, la mujer fue identificada como Celia Coromoto Ochoa. Funcionarios del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas (Cicpc) acudieron al lugar para ejecutar el levantamiento del cadáver y las pesquisas del caso.
Se pudo conocer de manera extraoficial que los detectives del CICPC abrieron una averiguación en torno al hecho, para así determinar si la causa de Celia Coromoto Palmera Ochoa no fue accidental, como aparenta en principio.
El cuerpo fue llevado a la medicatura forense de la entidad para ejecutar la autopsia de rigor.
