«Son unas elecciones primarias diferentes que rebasaron todas nuestras expectativas. Ya arrancamos la ruta del cambio que necesita San Francisco y el Zulia, donde vuelve la esperanza de la mano de Manuel Rosales, el mejor gobernador que ha tenido esta tierra».
Fernández estuvo acompañado del presidente del partido Un Nuevo Tiempo en el Zulia, José Luis Alcalá, quien se mostró complacido del civismo mostrado en estos comicios internos de la oposición y de la gran participación evidenciada este domingo.
Desde tempranas horas de la mañana miles de sanfranciscanos acudieron masivamente a los diferentes puntos de votación dispuestos en las siete parroquias del municipio sureño.
