La Agencia Tributaria española descubrió «graves irregularidades contables y fiscales» en la sociedad MS Trading, de la que es titular la esposa del exembajador de España en Venezuela Raúl Morodo, investigada por presunto blanqueo de fondos de la petrolera estatal venezolana Pdvsa.
El juez de la Audiencia Nacional que investiga el supuesto blanqueo de fondos obtenidos por Morodo y su hijo Alejo de Pdvsa, remitió estos hechos a un juzgado madrileño para que se investiguen presuntos delitos fiscales por parte de esta empresa y la mujer del exembajador en Venezuela, Cristina Cañeque, por no estar conexos con la causa.
En un auto al que tuvo acceso Efe, se observa que si bien de los datos del perito, «no se puede inferir que la actividad y el patrimonio de MS Trading estén relacionados con los fondos obtenidos ilegalmente y procedentes de Pdvsa», «sí se puede asegurar que se observan graves irregularidades contables y fiscales en la sociedad».
«MS TRADING ha sido utilizada como vehículo de evasión fiscal mediante diversas vías», indica el juez, y añade que la contabilidad contiene «gravísimas anomalías que distorsionan absolutamente la realidad e impiden conocer la naturaleza de las operaciones realizadas».
Además, según el auto judicial, existen rentas no declaradas tanto por parte de la sociedad como de Cañeque, cuya cuantía podría ser un «delito fiscal«.
Estas irregularidades fueron detectadas después de que la Agencia Tributaria analizara los cobros por importe de 9,2 millones de euros que entre los años 2013 y 2015 recibió el ciudadano portugués (residente en España) Lindley Patrick Delmar, cónyuge de la hija de Morodo.
La perito conectó estos fondos con un correo de julio de 2012 enviado por Lindley Patrick Delmar al director de PDVSA con el fin de poder trabajar con ellos y de ese correo concluyó la posibilidad de que los citados fondos pudieran tener su origen en Pdvsa.
Para esclarecer este extremo, la Fiscalía pidió hacer comprobaciones para determinar el origen de esos fondos procedentes de Colombia.
Y un informe de la Inspección Tributaria de febrero desvela que esos fondos recibidos de Colombia son entradas de divisas procedentes del Banco de Occidente de Colombia y ordenadas por la Dirección General Marítima Carrera, organismo público colombiano dependiente de la Autoridad Marítima colombiana del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional de ese país.
De lo que se deduce que esos fondos no tienen conexión con Pdvsa.
Por ello, la Fiscalía pidió, y después lo acordó el juez, investigar «los posibles delitos fiscales, no conectados con esta causa, que pudieron haber cometido MS Trading España SL y Cristina Cañeque».
